REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANT CANDIDATES

1. Being a Turkish citizen,

2. To carry the conditions specified in Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48 with the specified special conditions,

3. Not being deprived of public rights,

4. Even if the periods specified in Article 53 of the Turkish Penal Code have passed; crimes against the security of the state, crimes against the constitutional order and the functioning of this order, embezzlement, extortion, bribery, theft, fraud, forgery, abuse of trust, fraudulent Not to be convicted of bankruptcy, bid rigging, rigging of performance, laundering property values ​​arising from crime or smuggling,

5. Male candidates not having any relation with military service (having done military service or being exempted)

6. Without prejudice to the provisions of Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 53, not to have a mental illness that may prevent him from performing his duty continuously,

7. Having the conditions opposite to the position to be preferred,

8. To have 2020 KPSS (B) group KPSS P3 score for undergraduate graduates, 2020 KPSS (B) group KPSS P93 score for associate degree graduates, 2020 KPSS (B) group KPSS P94 score for secondary education graduates,

9. Candidates can apply for only one of the announced positions. All applications of candidates applying for more than one position will be deemed invalid.

10. Not receiving retirement or old-age pension from any Social Security Institution,

11. Work experience required in the conditions of the announcement, being in the candidate after graduation and before the application date,

12. Persons dismissed from public service by various decree laws cannot apply.

13. The status of the applicants; Article 657/B of the Civil Servants Law No. 4 states that, "In case of the termination of their contracts by their institutions due to the violation of the principles of the service contract by those employed in this way, or if they terminate the contract unilaterally within the contract period, except for the exceptions determined by the Council of Ministers Decision, unless one year has passed from the date of termination. In accordance with the Additional Article 6 of the Principles Regarding the Employment of Contracted Personnel, the service contract is terminated unilaterally by the institution in the event that "it is later understood that he does not have any of the qualifications required for employment, and he subsequently loses any of the qualifications required for employment...".

APPLICATION METHOD, PLACE AND TIME

1. Application procedures can be made within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of the announcement in the Official Gazette.

3. Applications that are not submitted in due time and with missing documents will not be evaluated.

4. Applications made after the end of the working hours of the application deadline will not be considered.

5. If the KPSS score type and year of the candidates do not comply with the KPSS score type and year determined in the preferred position as a result of the control, the applications will not be evaluated.
