April 23 National Sovereignty and Children's Day will be celebrated with a completely different enthusiasm this year. İBB will organize a children's carnival at Yenikapı Event Area. At the carnival, where concerts, games and free treats for children will take place, adults will also share the joy of the holiday. IETT will transport children from pre-determined schools to the carnival area with 50 vehicles apart from the regular flights.
IMM is organizing the 23 April National Sovereignty and Children's Day Carnival. IMM President at the carnival that will be celebrated with great enthusiasm Ekrem İmamoğlu and Dilek Kaya İmamoğlu will accompany. Organized with the participation of all units and affiliates of IMM, the children's carnival will start at 10.00 in the morning and will continue uninterruptedly until 18.00 with different activities throughout the day. The carnival, which will start with morning sports, will continue with magician shows, games in different areas, and DJs playing children's music. Nil Karaibrahimgil will also take part in the carnival, whose cartoons will be shown on giant screens.
Children will come together with firefighters at a special stand to be set up by the Istanbul fire department. Children will receive information about the professions of the employees working within the IMM, from the municipal police to the tram driver. İBB employees will play games with children.
KIDS WILL PAIN THE IETT BUS
IETT bus will be painted to reflect the imagination of children. The bus, which was painted by children, will carry out the expeditions on its line in its new form. Thus, the memory of the children will live on the streets of Istanbul. In the carnival, where photography and painting workshops and different activities take place, children will be able to perform on stage by singing songs. Special treats for children such as cotton candy, lemonade, ice cream, and nostalgic candy carts will be offered. Mustafa Kemal Atatürk t-shirt, hat and balloons will be given to the children in the field. All children participating in the carnival with full of activities will remember them when they grow up and have a good day.
IETT will provide access to the rehearsal days of the students participating in the 23 April Events and the performances they will hold on 23 April. IETT units, which have completed their preparations for the events, will provide the transportation of the children who will participate in the program with 32 vehicles, departing from 50 centers for the Yenikapı event area.
23 buses will be allocated to students for the activities to be organized by the Governor's Office and the Ministry of National Education within the scope of the 38 April Events.
IT WILL CONTINUE WITH IFTAR
Families who bring their children to the carnival will also have the opportunity to have iftar in the other area adjacent to the event area. They will be able to benefit from food and beverage stands. After the performance, İncesaz group will take the stage.
