Gaziantep was chosen as the “Gastronomy City of the Year” at the Stars Awards Night organized by Rotahane, which carries out studies to develop tourism in the country.
The award ceremony, which took place in a private hotel in Istanbul, was organized by Rotahane Founders Pervin Ersoy and Bilge Kuru, who visited 81 cities of Turkey with the 'We Visit Every City with Celebrities' project. All the income of the night, which had many participants from the world of politics, business and art, was transferred as scholarships to the needy young people studying in the tourism department at universities.
