Martyr Serdal Şakir Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School students, who produce 20 thousand breads per day in Gaziantep, also distribute nearly 2 thousand pita breads to the citizens, which they make in addition to Ramadan. The Ministry of National Education established an industrial bread production facility with 13 companies. The first of these facilities is located in Gaziantep.

With the industrial bread facility operating at Martyr Serdal Şakir Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School in Gaziantep, students also deliver Ramadan pitas they make in addition to the 20 thousand bread they produce daily.

Students working at the industrial bread facility, which has been operating for 3 months, produce 20 thousand breads per day.

Working with their masters, the students, while learning the profession, contribute approximately 350 thousand liras to the country's economy per month. The annual contribution to the country's economy is around 3,5-4 million liras. Students also receive their share of the income from their production. In this way, they also support the family economy.

Produced breads are distributed to citizens as part of the 'Vocational High Schools Meet with Families Project'. Bread, which is produced under hygienic conditions, is also sent to students within the scope of transported education.
