With the UKOME decision taken on 27 August 2019 in Istanbul, the night transportation application started. On the City Lines, with the UKOME decision taken on February 6, 2020, the night tariff on 2 lines came into effect.
Istanbulites can travel by public transportation 6 hours a day, on weekends on the 9 busiest metro lines and on the 24 IETT bus lines.
On the Metrobus and bus lines, night services are applied every day of the week between 01.00 and 06.00. Except for E3 and E10, buses are served with double tickets for the daytime schedule. On the Metrobus line, pricing continues with the daytime tariff. The daytime schedule is applied for the buses made until 02.00:XNUMX for the month of Ramadan.
In the subways, the nights connecting Friday to Saturday and Saturday to Sunday and night services on public holidays are charged over the double ticket of the day schedule. In the month of Ramadan, the daytime tariff is valid for the flights made until 02.00:XNUMX on weekdays.
Night cruises on sea lines are made on 2 lines on weekends, between 00.30 and 05.30. The fee is again applied as a double ticket.
