Ankara Metropolitan Municipality launched a toy campaign in order to raise awareness of sharing among children living in the Capital. The toys collected in the "One Donation Toy Thousand Happy Children" campaign will be distributed to children of families in need between the ages of 3-6.
Ankara Metropolitan Municipality continues to undertake projects that revive the spirit of social solidarity in the Capital.
In line with this understanding, the Department of Women's and Family Services, Child Services Branch, has launched a toy campaign to raise awareness of sharing among children living in the city. Toys to be collected through Children's Clubs will be distributed to children of families in need.
SO THAT THERE ARE NO CHILDREN WITHOUT TOYS
After Metropolitan Mayor Mansur Yavaş took office, the Metropolitan Municipality, which increased its educational support for the children of families in need within the scope of the principle of equal opportunity in education, continues to provide many services such as free internet service, clothing and stationery aid, exam fees and free book distribution.
The toys to be collected with the voluntary toy campaign, which was started in Ankara with the slogan 'No child should be left without a toy', will be delivered to the children of families in need between the ages of 3-6.
UNTIL MARCH 30 TOY DONATIONS CAN BE MADE TO CHILDREN'S CLUBS
Charitable Başkent residents who want to donate toys to the children of families in need will be able to come to the Children's Clubs throughout the city until 30 March 2022 and present their toys as gifts.
