To work in the Enforcement Offices; Within the scope of the "Principles on Employment of Contracted Personnel" and Article 6/B of the Civil Servants Law No. 6, which entered into force with the decision of the Council of Ministers dated 1978/7/15754 and no. 657 contracted enforcement clerks will be recruited according to the results of the application and oral exam to be made by the justice commissions determined as the justice commission.

The applied exam and / or oral exam to be held by the justice commissions, KPSSP2020 in the 2020 Public Personnel Selection Exam (KPSS-3) for undergraduate graduates, KPSSP2020 in the 2020 Public Personnel Selection Exam (KPSS-93) for associate degree graduates, 2020 for secondary education graduates. Those who score 2020 or more in the KPSSP94 score type in the Personnel Selection Exam (KPSS-70) will be able to apply.

General Terms and Conditions

It is stated in article 3/A of the Examination, Appointment and Transfer Regulation of the Executive Director and Assistants and Executive Clerks of those who want to be appointed to the contracted executive clerk positions;

a) Being a Turkish citizen, b) Not having completed the age of thirty-five as of the first day of January 2020, when the central exam (KPSS-2020) is held (those born on 01/01/1985 and later),

b) Not to have a mental illness that may prevent him from performing his duties,

c) To be positive as a result of the security investigation and/or archive research,

d) Even if the periods specified in Article 53 of the Turkish Penal Code have passed; crimes against the security of the state, crimes against the constitutional order and the functioning of this order, embezzlement, extortion, bribery, theft, fraud, forgery, abuse of trust, fraudulent Not to be convicted of bankruptcy, bid rigging, rigging of performance, laundering of property values ​​arising from crime or smuggling,

e) Not to be deprived of public rights,

f) Not to be involved in military service, or not to be of military age, or, if he has reached the age of military service, to have performed active military service or to be postponed or transferred to the reserve class,

g) To be at least a high school graduate or equivalent, to certify that he has successfully completed the typing or computer course given through formal education, or to have a typewriter or computer certificate approved by the Ministry of National Education on the application date or given as a result of courses organized by public institutions and organizations,

h) They are required to be successful in the practice exam and the oral exam and meet the requirements.

Application Place and Required Documents

Applications will be made via e-Government, and candidates can submit their applications using the "Ministry of Justice Job Application" screen by logging in via turkiye.gov.tr ​​between 01/03/2022 - 17/03/2022 until 23:59:59. they will do. Applications submitted in person or by post will not be accepted.

Candidates will only be able to apply to one of the justice commissions that will conduct the examination for the contracted positions of executive clerk. If it is determined that the candidate has applied to more than one justice commission, none of his applications will be accepted, and even if the candidates who take the exam in this way are successful, they will not be employed. Candidates who are eligible for employment will be able to be employed in any of the places where exam permission is given depending on the justice commissions they apply to.

Candidates' educational status via web services, their score in KPSS-2020 is KPSSP3, KPSSP93 for associate degree graduates, KPSSP94 for secondary education graduates; Measurement, Selection and Placement Center Presidency (ÖSYM) will be taken through web services. Candidates who do not have graduation information on e-Government at the application stage must update their graduation information, which is not on the e-Government, from the educational institution they graduated from, in order not to experience any grievances during the application. Applications of candidates who apply with a different score type other than the KPSS score type specified in the announcement will not be evaluated. Responsibility in this matter belongs to the candidate himself.

Since the information on the e-Government will be taken into account during the preliminary examination phase, the candidates are required to complete the application process by uploading the documents, certificates and forms specified in the article "Documents to be uploaded to the system via e-Government at the time of application" to the system completely and one by one. Candidates are responsible for any loss of rights that may arise due to incorrect or incomplete uploading of documents.

From the candidates when necessary; The originals of the documents uploaded to the system can be requested. The "e-Application Guide" prepared on how to do the application process is included in ANNEX-6 in the annex of the announcement. Applications of candidates who do not meet the application requirements will not be considered. After completing the application process, candidates should check whether their application has been completed on the "My Applications" screen.

Any application that does not show "Application Completed" on the "My Applications" screen will not be evaluated.

Responsibility in this regard belongs to the applicant. The requests of the candidates who have lost their rights due to the grievances to be experienced will not be taken into account. If the candidates wish to cancel their applications, they will be able to cancel their applications via e-Government within the application period.
