In the statement of the governor's office, it was stated that the Medar Mobile Speed Detection System, which was produced with domestic and national facilities, can be used in all weather conditions, in a vehicle and as a mobile, and it can detect speed at night thanks to its night vision feature.
In the statement, it was stated that the number of speed detection devices of the traffic teams affiliated to the Provincial Gendarmerie Command increased to 4 with the start of the use of 8 new MTS in Çorum. It was stated that speed controls will continue to the extent of the capabilities of the new radar systems on highways in all weather conditions.
