The 5th International Festival of Women Directors, organized with the contributions of the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality, came to an end. Awards found their owners at the ceremony held at Ahmed Adnan Saygun Art Center.
The International Women Directors Festival, organized by the Association of Women Directors under the directorship of Gülten Taranç with the contributions of the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality, ended with a ceremony held at the Tire Municipality Cultural Center. Awards given in national and international categories found their owners at the ceremony held at Ahmed Adnan Saygun Art Center. This year, within the scope of the festival, the Film Writers Association (SIYAD) jury awarded awards in the categories of best documentary and best short film.
At the festival, 28 films from 98 countries were included in the competition and screening program.
