Construction works begin in Gaziemir Aktepe-Emrez Neighborhoods Urban Transformation Area. For the construction of 275 residences and 9 workplaces in the first phase of the project, İZBETON A.Ş., a subsidiary of İzmir Metropolitan Municipality. and Business People Gaziemir Housing Building Cooperative signed a protocol. President Soyer said, “We signed a protocol for the production of four different stages in just three months. These signatures will be the guarantee of a modern and resilient İzmir.”

Finally, in the urban transformation projects carried out simultaneously all over İzmir, signatures were signed for Gaziemir. Within the scope of the first phase of the Aktepe-Emrez Urban Transformation Project, 275 residences and 9 workplaces will be built with the protocol signed between İZBETON General Manager Heval Savaş Kaya and the officials of the Business People Gaziemir Housing Building Cooperative at the central construction site of İZBETON in Bornova. Following the protocol signed with the subcontractor, it is planned to start construction in the region.

With the signature for the project in Gaziemir, the button was pressed for the productions in three stages. A protocol was signed between İzmir Metropolitan Municipality and İZBETON in January for the construction of the third phase of Uzundere. These signatures will be the guarantee of a modern and resilient İzmir.”
In line with the last four protocols signed, one of the urban transformation areas under the responsibility of İZBETON throughout İzmir, Ornekköy will have 584 residences and 27 offices in the third phase, 380 residences and 27 offices in the fourth phase, 275 residences and 9 offices in Gaziemir Aktepe-Emrez and approximately 1400 independent sections in the third phase in Uzundere.
