STATION OPERATION WORKER PURCHASE ANNOUNCEMENT
75 Station Operation Workers will be recruited as indefinite-term workers to workplaces located in Istanbul Provincial Boundaries of the General Directorate of the Republic of Turkey State Railways Administration.

Our labor demand 11.01.2022-17.01.2022 It will be published in İŞKUR between
1- The workers to be recruited will be employed in our Station / Station Chief - Station Directorate workplaces located within the provincial borders of Istanbul.
2-Male candidates will be able to apply for the announced labor demand.
3-Candidates must not have attained the age of 36 as of the announcement date.
4 Candidates who graduated from the associate degree program announced in our workforce request will be able to apply.
5- Advertisement labor force The documents of the candidates in the final list sent by İŞKUR after applying to our request; TCDD website under the Human Resources Department of the General Directorate of TCDD Enterprise (tcdd.gov.tr) will be received by checking with the following documents between the dates to be announced in the announcements section.
A report will be drawn up about the candidates who do not meet the conditions specified in the announcement, and İŞKUR will be informed that their application has not been accepted.
Required documents;
– The original identity card will be shown upon delivery,
- Criminal record document with the TR ID number (from the Public Prosecutor's Office or with e-government password)turkiye.gov.t is. address) will be received. Those who have a criminal record will bring court decisions regarding the decisions in the criminal record.
-Copy of education certificate (The field/branch will be specified in the education document.)
-Military status certificate (in the document they will bring) discharge, deferment, charge or exemption will be indicated.)

6-All announcements regarding labor force demand (conditions required, document delivery date/place, oral exam date/place, oral exam result) TCDD website (tcdd.gov.tr) will be published in the announcements section.
7- In the oral examination of the candidates by the members of the examination board; Self-confidence is 10 points, written communication is 10 points, verbal communication is 10 points, observation-stress-problem solving abilities are 20 points out of 50 points in the skill area,
The professional term related to the school they graduated from will be evaluated over a total of 1 points, 10 question over 1 points, 10 question over 2 points, 15 questions from technical subjects over 50 points and 100 points from the professional field.
As a result of the evaluation, 50% of the average of the scores given by the members of the examination board and 50% of the KPSS score are taken and the success score and the ranking are determined.
Starting from the candidate with the highest success score, the number of original and the same number of substitute candidates will be determined as the number of workers requested.
8- Among the candidates who will be employed as station operations worker as a result of the oral exam;
-A report showing that the drug and stimulant test taken from the laboratory/hospital authorized by the Ministry of Health is “negative” will be requested.
-From any of the fully-fledged state hospitals or official university hospitals,Works in Very Dangerous and Dangerous Works within the scope of Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331Signatures of 8 physicians with the decision (8 branches; ophthalmology, otolaryngology, internal medicine, neurology, general surgery, psychiatry, cardiology, orthopedics and traumatology) Health Board Report will be requested.
Matters to be included in the Health Board Report;
- Eye Vision Strengths are specified separately for the right and left eyes,
- Color Inspection (Ishihara) test has been done,
- Hearing examination should be done (In audiometric examination, pure tone average of 500, 1000, 2000 frequencies should be 0-40 dB.) And should be indicated in the audiometry graph.
Those who do not have the desired evaluation results on vision/hearing examinations and those with color blindness will not be employed.
9-If Station Operation Workers to be started will work subject to the Labor Law No. 4857.
10The trial period of the Station Operation Workers who start work is 4 months, and the employment contract of those who fail within the trial period will be terminated.
11If starting Station Operation Workers will work for at least 5 years in the workplace they started, and will not be able to request a transfer during this period.
12 If starting Station Operation Workers will be able to work day and night on a 24-hour basis in shifts.
13 Hired as Station Operations Worker those whose employment contract has been terminated in accordance with the second paragraph of Article 7 of the Labor Law No. 4857 within 25 years, and those who left by resignation; their education, course, internship, etc. ½ of the amount will be taken back as compensation by calculating the cost of the training program with the wage they receive during the training program.
