Added to these figures will be the increase in civil servant salaries, up to 288 liras, resulting from the exemption of civil servants' salaries up to the minimum wage from income and stamp taxes.

Minimum Retirement Salary Increased from 1500 TL to 2500 TL

In addition to the increase in the wages of retirees, generally as much as the inflation rate, within the scope of the regulations regarding retirees, a new lower limit was determined for retirees who receive low salaries. According to the new regulation, no pensioner will receive a salary below 2 thousand 500 liras. Thus, the salaries of 1500 million 1 thousand retirees whose monthly income starts from 266 liras will be increased to 2 thousand 500 liras. In addition to the 7 percent increase in the collective agreement to be made in the salaries of both civil servants and retirees in July, the inflation difference will be added if necessary.

In the 3.5th Term Collective Agreement negotiations, which determined the financial and social rights of 2 million civil servants and more than 2022 million retired civil servants in 2023 and 6, many important gains were made for public servants in the agreement reached between the government and civil servant unions.

According to the agreement reached with civil servants' unions as a result of the negotiations that started on August 2, 2021, the salaries of civil servants and civil servants are 2022% in the first six months of 5, 7% in the second six months, 2023% in the first six months of 8, 6% in the second six months and inflation differences. a raise was made.
