İBB signed a historical decision that solved the zoning problem of 6 neighborhoods of Ataşehir, which stretched for 28 years. The population density in the region was determined not to exceed 500 – 600 people per hectare.

Objections to the plan of İçerenköy and Küçükbakkalköy Districts in Ataşehir district and the zoning plan of Mustafa Kemal, Aşık Veysel, Kayışdağı and İnönü districts were resolved.

With the approval of the 1/5000 scale master development plans (NIP), which defines the functions, height, density, relations and associations of the buildings, roads and other reinforcement areas in the region, in the Istanbul Metropolitan Assembly, the zoning problems of the district for up to 28 years have been solved.

3 separate zoning plan proposals submitted by the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) Department of Reconstruction and Urbanization City Planning Directorate to the IMM Assembly were unanimously approved by the assembly members.

In the 1/5000 scale Ataşehir District İçerenköy, Küçükbakkalköy Neighborhoods and Neighborhoods Master Development Plan, the population density was determined not to exceed 600 people per hectare. Transportation problems in the region will be resolved with new public service areas and open spaces.

In the 1/5000 scale Mustafa Kemal and Aşık Veysel Neighborhoods Revision Master Plan, the density was planned to be 500 people per hectare in the existing high-density residential areas.

If 20 percent of the land to be built in the areas planned as public and public service areas is given to the public free of charge, the density; There will be 1.500 people on a land of 3 - 650 thousand square meters, 3 people on a land of 5 thousand - 800 thousand square meters, and 5 people on a land of more than 1.000 thousand square meters.

In the 1/5000 scale Kayışdağı and İnönü Districts Revision Master Plan, the density will be 500 people per hectare in the existing high-density residential areas.

It was decided that the construction in commercial and residential areas with an area of ​​less than 350 square meters would be determined in 4/1 scale plans with a separate layout and 1000 floors. This provision will not be applied on lands smaller than 350 square meters that will be formed by dividing into parcels (extraction) outside the border regulation.
