The second of the Information Technologies Platform meeting, previously hosted by Istanbul Beyoğlu Municipality, was held in Bursa, hosted by the Metropolitan Municipality.

The first one was hosted by Beyoğlu Municipality at the beginning of November with the participation of IT managers and personnel of the municipalities in the provinces of Edirne, Istanbul, Kırklareli, Kocaeli, Sakarya and Tekirdağ, which are members of the Union of Marmara Municipalities (MBB), and the officials of the General Directorate of Information Technologies of the Ministry of Interior. The second meeting of the Technologies Platform was held in Bursa. The meeting hosted by Bursa Metropolitan Municipality was attended by the officials of the General Directorate of Information Technologies of the Ministry of Interior and the relevant personnel of the municipalities in Bursa, Balıkesir, Bilecik, Çanakkale and Yalova. The program at Merinos Atatürk Congress and Culture Center, organized by the Metropolitan Municipality Human Resources and Education Department, started with the opening speeches of Bursa Metropolitan Municipality Deputy Mayor Süleyman Çelik and Ministry of Interior Information Technologies Deputy General Manager Kemal Sucak.

The program continues for 2 days; MBB Information Technologies Coordinator Yunus Demiryürek, MBB Informatics Specialist Kerem Ulusoy, Ministry of Interior E-municipality Project General Coordinator Şükrü Çiçek, Ministry of Interior E-municipality Project Local Administrations Coordinator Gökhan Koçak and Bursa Metropolitan Municipality Human Resources and Training Department Head Mehmet Veysi Tutkun.

The meeting, which was held in order to introduce the e-municipality project within the Ministry of Interior and to improve the project by getting feedback from the municipalities using the modules in the e-municipality project, was held in 5 different halls. In the modules of the Ministry of Interior of the meeting; The e-municipality project technical consultation, accounting module, decision bodies module, electronic document management system, human resources modules, direct procurement-mobile module and income module were explained. In the Environment, Urbanism and Climate Change modules, the e-plan module, the cemetery module, the parks and gardens module and the environmental management module were discussed.
