The buildings on the Altınordu Orhaniye District, block no. 2672, parcel no. 1 will be leased for 18 years with an open bid method.
The estimated annual rental price of the social facilities is 310 thousand TL excluding VAT, and the temporary guarantee fee is 18 thousand 3 TL, which is 167 percent of the 400-year rental price.
