INFORMATION ON THE INSTITUTION AND THE POSITION TO BE TAKEN
Unit Opening the Exam: General Directorate of State Airports Authority.
Position: DHMI (The Country).
Titles and Number of Positions to be Assigned:
Assistant Air Traffic Controller: 11
Trainee Air Traffic Controller: 50
KPSS Score Type and Base Score: A minimum of 3 points from the KPSSP70 score type.
Validity Year of KPSS Score: Public Personnel Selection Examination dated 6 September 2020.
To be employed within the General Directorate of State Airports Authority within the scope of Article 399 / c of the Decree Law No. 3, the General Directorate of State Airports Authority published in the Official Gazette dated 08.07.2018 and numbered 30472 will be assigned to the positions of the Trainee Air Traffic Controller and Assistant Air Traffic Controller. Selection exams will be held within the framework of the provisions set out in the Regulation on Candidates' Examinations.
General Conditions Required for Candidates Who Will Take the Exam:
a) Being a Turkish Citizen,
b) Not to be deprived of public rights,
c) To have completed the age of 18,
d) In terms of military status; not to be in military service, not to be of military age, or to have done active military service if he has reached the age of military service, or to be postponed or transferred to the reserve class,
e) With the exception of negligent crimes, crimes committed against the personality of the State even if they have been pardoned, embezzlement, conflict, embezzlement, bribery, theft, fraud, forgery, abuse of faith, fraudulent bankruptcy, etc. or not be convicted of smuggling, rigging official tenders and trades, revealing state secrets, excluding abuse and consumption smuggling,
f) As of the application deadline, to get seventy points or more in KPSSP11 point type in accordance with the 3th article of the General Regulation on the Exams to be Applied for the First Time.
Requirements for assistant air traffic controller candidates:
a) Being a graduate of a faculty or a 4-year college,
b) Obtaining a Class 3 Health Certificate to be issued by the authorized hospital in accordance with the provisions of the General Directorate of Civil Aviation Aviation Health Instruction (SHT-MED) (Authorized hospitals will be announced on the official website of the Organization -http://www.dhmi.gov.tr-, detailed information contained in the aforementioned instruction.)
c) Not to have a distinctive accent or dialect, lisp, hidden stuttering and excessive excitement in the air/ground and ground/ground voice communication that may cause misunderstandings and disruptions (This situation is determined by the examination commission and recorded in the report, if necessary, the referee is sent to the hospital and Process is established according to the final report to be given by the referee hospital. Even if the candidates pass the computer-assisted exam or the written exam, they are not considered to have passed the exam and are eliminated.)
d) To document that the student has received at least 'C' level from the English Foreign Language Exam in the last five years as of the application deadline (Document showing that he / she has foreign language knowledge determined in the equivalence table published by OSYM Presidency (documents after 13.12.2016 are valid.) .
e) To have a valid air traffic controller license. (See: “SHY 65-01 Air Traffic Control Services Personnel License and Rating Regulation”)
Requirements for trainee air traffic controller candidates:
a) Being a graduate of a faculty or a 4-year college,
b) Not to be under the age of 27 as of 06/2022/27, when the Air Traffic Control Course will start (to be born on or after 27/06/1996),
c) Obtaining a Class 3 Health Certificate to be issued by the authorized hospital in accordance with the provisions of the General Directorate of Civil Aviation Aviation Health Instruction (SHT-MED). contained in the aforementioned instruction.)
d) Not to have a distinctive accent or dialect, lisp, hidden stuttering and excessive excitement in the air/ground and ground/ground voice communication that may cause misunderstandings and disruptions (This situation is determined and recorded by the examination commission, if necessary, the referee is sent to the hospital and Process is established according to the result of the final report to be given by the referee hospital. f) Not to be dismissed from the course or Head Office in terms of discipline, failure and administrative aspects.
APPLICATION
Candidates up to 5 (five) times the number of positions announced by the General Directorate of State Airports Administration will be invited to a computer assisted selection exam or written exam, starting with the highest KPSSP3 score. Applications will be made between 01.12.2021 and 13.12.2021 on e-Government, on the General Directorate of State Airports Authority – Career Gate Public Recruitment and Career Gate on alimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr. Applications not submitted until 13.12.2021 on 23.59) will not be considered. Candidates are required to upload all requested documents to the system completely. Applications in person or by post will not be accepted.
APPLICATION DURATION AND PLACE
Applications will start on 01.12.2021 and will end on 13.12.2021 at the end of the working day. Candidates who want to take the exam should apply through the Career Gate Platform, alimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr between 01.12.2021 and 13.12.2021. Candidates are required to upload all requested documents to the system completely. Applications in person or by post will not be accepted. Exam results will be announced on the official website of our Institution (.dhmi.gov.tr) and no written notification will be made to the winning candidates. In addition, candidates will be able to access results information on the Career Gate Platform (isealimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr).
