Seventy percent (2020%) of the KPSSP2021 score obtained in the Public Personnel Selection Examination (KPSS) held in 3 or 70, and the Foreign Language Proficiency Exam (YDS) held in English since 2016 (including 2016), or YDS, whose equivalence is accepted by the Higher Education Council. According to the ranking to be made on the basis of the sum of thirty percent (30%) of the equivalent score, 5 (five) times the contracted informatics personnel position, starting from the highest score, will be given by the General Directorate of Health Information Systems between 13/12/2021 -17/12/2021. and will be called for a hands-on interview. The KPSSP3 score of the candidate who does not have a KPSSP3 score or does not submit a document will be evaluated as 70 (seventy), and the foreign language score of the candidate who does not have a foreign language score in English or does not submit a document will be 0 (zero). Contracted IT personnel will be employed according to the order of success that will occur as a result of the interview.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
a) To have the general conditions listed in Article 657 of the Civil Servants Law No. 48,
b) To be graduated from four-year computer engineering, software engineering, electrical engineering, electronic engineering, electrical and electronic engineering and industrial engineering departments of faculties or higher education institutions whose equivalence is accepted by Higher Education Council,
c) Except for those specified in sub-paragraph (b), from the engineering departments of faculties that provide four-year education, departments of science-literature, education and educational sciences, departments that provide education on computers and technology, and statistics, mathematics and physics departments, or from a dormitory whose equivalence has been accepted by the Higher Education Council. (Higher education graduates specified in this article can apply for positions that will be paid 2 (two) times the monthly gross contract wage ceiling.)
d) To have at least 3 (three) years of professional experience in software, software design and development and management of this process, or in the installation and management of large-scale network systems, for at least 5 (three) years for those who cannot exceed twice the wage ceiling, and at least 657 (five) years for others, (In determining the professional experience; it is documented that as IT personnel, it is permanent subject to Law No. 4 or contracted services subject to Article 399 (b) of the same Law or the Decree-Law No. XNUMX, and IT personnel in worker status by paying premiums to social security institutions in the private sector.) service periods are taken into account.)
e) To document that they know at least two of the current programming languages, provided that they have knowledge about the hardware of computer peripherals and the security of the established network management,
f) To accept the personal rights and other rules specified in the “Regulation on Principles and Procedures Regarding the Employment of Contracted Information Technology Personnel in Large-Scale Information Processing Units of Public Institutions and Organizations”,
g) For male candidates, having completed, postponed or exempted from regular military service or being transferred to the reserve class,
h) To have the ability to comprehend, summarize, express and reason about a subject,
i) To have criteria such as attitudes and behaviors suitable for the task.
