The Ministry of Commerce started to sell second-hand cars with a tender. The auction price of the cars, which are sold much lower than the market, varies between 65-70 thousand liras.
The Ministry of Commerce puts second-hand vehicles up for sale every month. There are models of many brands among the vehicles on sale.

The vehicles put up for sale by the Ministry of Commerce are as follows:
- The 2005 model Peugeot 307 brand vehicle was put up for sale for 65 thousand 500 liras.
- The 2005 model Peugeot 807 brand vehicle was put up for sale for 66 thousand 250 liras.
- 1999 Opel Vectra model vehicle was put up for sale for 66 thousand liras.
- The 2007 model Mitsubishi Grandis brand vehicle was put up for sale for 66 thousand 500 liras.
- The 2004 model Peugeot 307 brand vehicle was put up for sale for 70 thousand liras.
