Michigan State University introduced Autonomous e-ATAK

Equipped with the white Spartan logo, the mascot of the university, Karsan Autonom e-Atak was introduced at the press conference held on 5 November. Along with the promotion, a test drive was also held with the participation of the press. Many innovative technologies of Karsan Otonom e-Atak, such as sensor technologies that detect the environment and pedestrians without the need for a driver, advanced radar technology, thermal cameras, were greeted with interest by the students. It was stated that Autonomous e-Atak, which will cruise at a speed of 630 kilometers per hour during the test phase, in which a total of 25 flights will take place, will increase to 2022 kilometers in the spring period of 40 after the tests are completed.

ADASTEC CEO, the technology company that developed the “Level 4 Autonomous Driving Software Platform” for autonomous and connected public transportation vehicles, with which Karsan collaborated in the development of Autonomous e-Atak in test driving.
