Urgent Expropriation Decisions in Energy Published in the Official Gazette

Presidential decisions regarding the urgent expropriation of immovable properties on routes for energy projects to be realized in some provinces of Turkey were published in the Official Gazette.

Accordingly, Turkey Electricity Distribution Inc. (TEDAŞ), “Cihangazi Karaçayır Villages Group Energy Transmission Line” to be established in Bilecik, “Pelitözü KÖK-Dereşemsettin Group Energy Transmission Line”, “Kemer TM-Ulupınar DM (1st Part) in Antalya ) Energy Transmission Line” and “Gülümbe KÖK Natura Villages Group Energy Transmission Line”, “Alfaklar DM-Yeni Avgan KÖK-New Ulubey Energy Transmission Line” and “Ulubey Köyler KÖK-Yenikıran KÖK Energy Transmission Line” in Uşak and “Karahallı TM -For the construction of the New Alfaklar DM and its Liaisons Energy Transmission Line, the electricity distribution facilities will be expropriated in the immovables that hit the route, and the line safety areas will be expropriated by establishing an easement.

“Ahmetbey Group Energy Transmission Line to be built in Samsun, “Ayvatlar KÖK Karapınar KÖK Energy Transmission Line” and “OIZ Near DM-Forested Sinitli IDM Energy Transmission Line” in Zonguldak, “Bahadırlar KÖK-Bahadırlar TR4 Energy Transmission Line” in Manisa and “Yağcılar ETL and Branches Renewal Energy Transmission Line”, “Menderes-Nohutgölü Energy Transmission Line” in İzmir and “Veliler DM-Kerpiçlik KÖK-Horzum Energy Transmission Line” in İzmir and Manisa, which hit the route for the construction of Electricity distribution facility locations in the immovables will be expropriated by TEDAŞ by establishing the right of easement, while the line safety areas will be expropriated.

TEDAŞ, “Bor OSB TM-Zengen DM Energy Transmission Line” and “Ereğli TM-Bajdarlık DM New Energy Transmission Line” to be established in Konya and Niğde, “Gödene DM-Yenibahçe 4 TR Energy Transmission Line” in Konya, Tekirdağ For the purpose of constructing the “Çınarlı KÖK-Çınarlı-Kirazlı Energy Transmission Line” and the “Külburun KÖK Karadayı KÖK Hacılar Energy Transmission Line” in Çankırı, the electricity distribution facilities will be expropriated as property and the line safety areas will be expropriated by establishing an easement right.

“Yenipeçenek DM-Sarıkız KÖK Energy Transmission Line”, “Kayı DM-Yeni İlyakut KÖK Energy Transmission Line”, “Org KÖK-Oymide KÖK Energy Transmission Line”, “Güdül DM-Yeni Kamanlar DM Energy Transmission Line” in Ankara For the "Kızılcakışla KÖK-Taşpınar Energy Transmission Line", the immovables that fall on the route will be expropriated by TEDAŞ with the same method.
