Izmir Metropolitan Municipality ESHOT General Directorate became a member of the Izmir Branch of the Turkish Quality Association (KalDer) in line with the goal of further increasing the service quality and making it sustainable. After the signed protocol, KalDer İzmir Branch President Dr. Senem Kılıç and board members visited ESHOT General Management.

Reminding that there are many internationally accredited quality certificates issued by the Turkish Standards Institute (TSE), ESHOT General Manager Erhan Bey said, “Our institution has to constantly fulfill and revise the conditions required by the TSE documents. We follow them meticulously. Public transportation service in the city is mainly provided by the ESHOT fleet. Therefore, we need to make our service quality sustainable. I believe that the KalDer membership we have signed in this direction will be of great benefit to ESHOT and therefore to our fellow citizens who benefit from the service.”

What to do?

ESHOT managers and KalDer experts will work together to further improve the service. The functioning of similar enterprises in the country and abroad will be examined. ESHOT personnel will attend KalDer trainings. Field research will be conducted on the services provided or planned to be provided.
