However, this driver acted hastily, acted impatiently and bypassed the closed barrier and got in front of the incoming freight train. It is not possible to accept this. Sounds like a complete driver error. The prosecutor's office, the courthouse and our gendarmerie are examining them and they will give the necessary verdict."
