Ankara Metropolitan Municipality started the week-long "This country is grateful to you" announcement on buses for heroic veterans and martyrs' relatives, due to the September 19 Veterans Day.
When the Ankarakart validator, used by the veterans and relatives of martyrs who boarded the buses, is read by the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality on the occasion of September 19 Veterans Day, the voice of "this country is grateful to you" echoes instead of the voice of "free".
IMPLEMENTATION WILL CONTINUE ALL WEEK
The announcement application, which was initiated by the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality EGO General Directorate, which moved the relatives of martyrs and veterans, will continue throughout the week in municipal buses throughout the city.
Relatives of martyrs and veterans who saw the application expressed their feelings on their social media accounts with the following words:
-Tarkan Yılgun: “I just got on the City Bus. The country is grateful to you. I came across the announcement. I am so happy. Thank you Mr. Mansur Yavaş, Mayor of Ankara Metropolitan Municipality.”
-Nimet Turker: “As the martyr's brother, I was very touched.”
