Organized by the Rugby League Association, the 5th International Istanbul Beach Rugby League Tournament was held on 7-8 August 2021 with the participation of 27 teams, Kadıköy It was hosted by the Municipality of Kalamış. In the tournament, in which 300 Rugby League players from Turkey and abroad, together with substitute players, participated, the teams competed fiercely. In addition to Turkey, rugby teams from Iran, Wales, Serbia, Lebanon, Montenegro, Bulgaria, and Serbia participated in the tournament.
