The tender titled “Construction Work for the Replacement of the FSM Bridge Suspension Ropes, the Completion of the Missing Works of the Bosphorus Bridges”, prepared in this framework, was held on 6 July.

After this determination, a general inspection of all suspension cables of the bridge was carried out. As a result, the General Directorate of Highways realized that the suspension cable replacement was necessary for all suspension cables of the bridge and decided to carry out the project."
