As EGO General Directorate, we have been looking for a building to be moved for a long time and we thought that we could use the building opposite the Ulus Atatürk Monument and transferred to the Metropolitan Municipality in 2017 as a service building. We chose Ulus because it is a place where our personnel can be reached easily, because it is in a central location, and most importantly because it is the center of our Republic. After the completion of the tender process for the renovation of the building, we will start the renovation process for this veteran building and we will carry out the relocation process as soon as possible. After moving to Ulus, our citizens will be able to reach us more easily. I think that the relocation of the EGO General Directorate, which is a public institution, will also bring dynamism to the region in economic, commercial and social terms.”
