Karşıyaka Municipality, Izmir Education Cooperative and Maiden Flight Tech. Karşıyaka UAV-0 (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle-Drone) Commercial Pilot Training, organized by the Municipality Cooperative Support Center, was held on 28-29-30 June.
RECEIVED THE CERTIFICATES
After a total of 16 hours of theoretical training and half an hour of flight training, 25 students who were entitled to receive a certificate obtained their licenses. The training was provided free of charge to young people between the ages of 12-18 in the district, living in disadvantaged areas and having limited financial means. After the training, the young people received the General Directorate of Civil Aviation (SHGM) approved IHA - 0 Commercial Pilot Certificate, IHA - 0 Commercial Pilot License, IHA Maintenance and Repair Training Certificate and Radio / Radio Communication Certificate.
LOCAL DEVELOPMENT
Commenting on the subject Karşıyaka Mayor Cemil Tugay said: "In our country, where youth unemployment is an important problem, we will focus on such trainings, which will increase the competitiveness of the young population in the district, within the scope of local development activities."
