A New Social Life Space Is Born in Çaltidere

Aliağa Municipality, which started 8 neighborhood projects simultaneously last month, this time started the Social Life and Recreation Area Project in Çaltidere. The facility and recreation area, which will offer quality social life opportunities in Çaltidere, will provide the residents, children and visitors with the opportunity to spend time in touch with nature that will color life.

In line with the vision of Aliağa Mayor Serkan Acar to transform the city into a tourism destination, work has begun on the project, which will be rapidly brought to the neighborhood. For the "Çaltılıdere Social Life and Recreation Area", which is projected on a total area of ​​37.000 square meters between Taş Kahve, Wedding Hall and Akçaliman location in Çaltidere District, the ground preparation is carried out with construction machines while the municipal teams are doing the leveling work. The works are expected to be completed in about four months.

SOCIAL FACILITY WILL HOST ORGANIZATIONS

The 940-storey social facility building with a closed area of ​​2 square meters and a capacity of 200 people, located within the Çaltıdere Social Life and Recreation Area, will be renovated and host special days and celebrations.

PROSPERITY AREA TO PROVIDE PLEASANT HOURS INTERNATIONAL WITH NATURE

The project includes a recreation area with a total area of ​​22.000 square meters. The recreation area will be a frequent destination for those who want to enjoy nature in Aliağa. There will be buffets at different points for eating and drinking activities, as well as tables and barbecue areas for those who cannot give up picnic in the natural environment. While urban furniture and camellias will provide the comfort of the visitors, the parking lot with a capacity of 60 vehicles will ease the traffic flow.

BOTH CHILDREN AND GRAND PEOPLE WILL BE GORGEOUS OF KITE TOPES

One of the most exciting spots for children in the recreation area will be Kite Hill. With its free use area covering 10.000 square meters, Kite Hill will be the center of attention of guests of all ages and the favorite place of the region with its fresh air and the visual feast of colorful kites. Wooden children's playgroups in the project area will be an activity point where children can play with their own imagination.

MODERN CYCLING ROAD

There are also 800-meter-long bicycle and walking paths in accordance with the standards in the Çaltıdere Social Life and Recreation area project.

Yasemin Yağmur Zengin, Project Chief and Landscape Architect of Aliağa Municipality Geothermal A.Ş Company, who gave information about the project, said: “Thanks to the project, both Çaltidere Neighborhood and the people of the region will have gained a brand new modern social life and recreation area. We plan to complete the project in about four months, where all the opportunities are offered, where our citizens can spend time with pleasure and peace.”
