TÜBİTAK Rail Transport Technologies Institute will employ 21 Researcher personnel to take part in the development of automation and control software at various levels for control units in projects for the development of subsystems of rail vehicles.

APPLICATION PROCESS

a) In order to apply for the advertisement, it is necessary to register in the Job Application System at the address “www.rute.tubitak.gov.tr”. (When creating a CV for the application, it is obligatory to add all the required documents to the system electronically and to apply by selecting the reference code). Applications will not be accepted except for applications made through the Job Application System.

b) Applications must be made until 28:06 on 2021/17/00 at the latest. Applications with missing interests or documents will not be evaluated and these people will not be called for an interview. Interview date and place will be announced later.

c) Applications will be evaluated over the advertisement reference code. Candidates will be able to apply by selecting the advertisement reference code from the job application system. Applications made without a reference code will not be considered. One candidate is maximum 2 (two)
can apply for the position.

d) Candidates for R&D Personnel positions will be called for an interview by 10 times the number of personnel to be recruited in the order to be formed, starting from the highest score, according to article (j) of the "General Conditions for Candidates" section. Candidates with a PhD in the field
According to the article (k) of the "General Conditions to be Required for Candidates", candidates will be called for an interview starting from the highest score and 10 times the number of personnel to be recruited in the order to be formed. In case there are other candidates with the same score as the candidates in the last place, these candidates will also be called for an interview.

e) For R&D Personnel (Researcher) positions, article (j) of the "General Requirements for Candidates" section for candidates who completed their undergraduate education abroad, and article (k) of the "General Conditions for Candidates" section for candidates who completed their PhD education abroad are required. These candidates will be evaluated separately.

f) For R&D Personnel (Technician) positions, candidates will be called for an interview by 10 times the number of personnel to be recruited in the order to be formed, starting from the highest score, according to the article (l) of the "General Conditions for Candidates" section. In case there are other candidates with the same score as the last candidate, these candidates will also be called for an interview.

g) Candidates for R&D Personnel positions will be evaluated according to the declaration they have entered into the job application system during their application, and if the information entered is incorrect or any of the documents listed below are missing, the application will be deemed invalid.

  • University Entrance Exam Result Document (OSYM approved or internet print out with a control code),
  • University Entrance Exam Placement Document (OSYM approved or internet print out with a control code),
  • Undergraduate Diploma/Exit Certificate - and above if any - (Equivalence Certificate for those who have completed their education in higher education institutions abroad),
  • YÖK Graduate Certificate (internet printout with control code received via e-government),
  • Undergraduate - and if any - Transcript of Records,
  • Foreign Language Exam Result Document,
  • Approved Work Certificate and Insurance Service Document (with a control code, obtained via e-government) from the relevant workplaces from candidates with experience (professional experience),
  • Up-to-date CV (Your CV should be prepared with color photographs, Turkish, including TR ID and telephone numbers.),
  • Document showing military service (for male candidates),
  • Certificate of requested job (if any).

h) Candidates for the R&D Technician position will be evaluated according to the statement they have entered in the job application system during their application, and if the information entered is incorrect or any of the documents listed below are missing, the application will be invalid.
It will be counted.

  • Up-to-date CV (Your CV should be prepared with color photographs, Turkish, including TR ID and telephone numbers.),
  • Associate Degree Diploma or Certificate of Exit,
  • YÖK Graduate Certificate (internet printout with control code received via e-government),
    Associate Degree Transcript Document,
  • Approved Work Certificate and Insurance Service Document (with a control code, obtained via e-government) from the relevant workplaces from candidates with experience (professional experience),
  • Document showing military service (for male candidates),
  • Certificate of requested job (if any).
