The first electric model of Karsan, Jest Electric, which was launched in 2018 and brought to the road at the beginning of 2019, achieved a significant sales success in the European market within two years. Achieving 2019 percent market share in its segment in 24, the first year it was introduced to the market in Europe, Jest Electric's market share reached 2020 percent in 43. According to the 2020 European Minibus and Bus Market Report published by Wim Chatrou – CME Solutions, Jest Electric surpassed its competitors in the electric minibus class between 3,5 and 6 tons and became the leader of the European market in 2020. Distinguished from its competitors with the experience of Karsan engineers and electric batteries equipped with BMW i technology, Jest Electric provides widespread service in many European countries such as Germany, Switzerland, Portugal, Italy and Spain, especially Romania and France.
