The Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure DHMI Aviation Academy continues to implement the practices required by its new vision. The "Training Management System Software Project", which will provide digital support to the training activities carried out in the academy, was launched.
Thanks to the Training Management System, which was prepared as a result of the intensive work of the expert personnel of the Aviation Training Department, no expenditure will be required for the services previously provided by purchasing or leasing.
AVAILABLE WITH ZERO COST
The system integration and security tests of the project, which was put into use at zero cost, were completed by the Department of Information Technologies and opened for use via the link address remoteegitim.dhmi.gov.tr/Account/Login.
ONLINE TRAININGS ARE PROVIDED
Online and video trainings can be organized through the DHMI Training Management System, which has been used successfully. In addition, the trainings attended by the personnel before and the upcoming trainings can be monitored and planned. In addition, detailed reports of the trainings can be prepared and the attendance status of the participants can be tracked.
IT WILL ALSO MEET THE DIFFERENT NEEDS OF THE ORGANIZATION
The software, which is built on a modular system, has the capabilities to meet the different needs of the organization at any time. In addition, the results of the exams attended by our personnel are announced in the system, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Protection of Personal Data, through the result disclosure module of the Promotion and Change of Title Exams.
The system can be accessed from our internal network, external networks and mobile phones with a single connection address without the need for an additional application such as VPN.
Online and video trainings have been successfully carried out with the participation of a total of 1776 personnel, through the DHMI Training Management System, and the training of 73 personnel continues.
