From Şair Eşref Boulevard to the Bridge
In the 10-kilometer run, participants will start running next to Atatürk High School, opposite the Şair Eşref Boulevard Kültürpark İZFAŞ building. It will continue to run until Montreux Square, Gazi Boulevard, Cumhuriyet Boulevard and Mustafa Kemal Sahil Boulevard Bridge Tram Station by following the right lane. In the 42-kilometer marathon, runners will follow the route of Atatürk Avenue from Şair Eşref Boulevard, Liman Avenue from Alsancak Station, Zafer Payzın Crossroad, Altınyol, Anadolu Caddesi Cemal Gürsel Avenue, Hasan Ali Yücel Boulevard. The direction of departure (sea side) will be closed to traffic in stages. Traffic flow in the direction of return will be arranged as round trip. Participants will return from Cemal Gürsel Street Hasan Ali Yücel intersection. It will continue on the same route and follow Talatpaşa Boulevard, Cumhuriyet Boulevard, Cumhuriyet Square, Mustafa Kemal Beach Boulevard in front of Konak Pier and Haydar Aliyev Boulevard in front of Üçkuyular Ferry Pier. The sea side will be closed to traffic on this route. Traffic flow will be arranged as round trip in the direction of return. After passing İzmir Marina, runners who will return from Çakalburnu entrance will end the race in front of Kültürpark İZFAŞ building after Cumhuriyet Boulevard, Gazi Boulevard, Şair Eşref Boulevard, Montreux Square.
Roads will open at 13.00
For both runs, the roads on the route will be closed to traffic between 11 and 05.00 on Sunday, April 13.00, by taking the necessary traffic precautions.
