The İlimtepe connection road, which was implemented by Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality, continues the 1st stage works. While the 400-meter part of the stream improvement works is completed, 800 meters of stream improvement and passage culverts will also be made within the scope of the project. Excavation works are carried out for the two foundation legs of the highway crossing bridge where two foundation concrete is poured. Within the scope of the first phase works of the transition bridge to be built on four foundations in total, the electricity lines on the part of Hürriyet Caddesi on the highway were displaced and placed underground. The pavement deterioration caused by the displacement work on the street was fixed.
STARTS FROM NEW YALI NEIGHBORHOOD
The Metropolitan Municipality continues to offer many projects to the service of citizens in order to make the transportation network in Kocaeli run more comfortable and smooth. In this context, highway crossing bridge, 5,2 meter double road, drinking water, wastewater and rainwater lines, stream improvement works, pavement and parquet construction works will be carried out within the scope of the first stage of the 1-kilometer road starting from Körfez District Yeni Yalı Mahallesi to İlimtepe District. So far, 1.120 piles have been driven for the highway crossing bridge with a span of 128,7 meters.
HIGHWAY CROSSING BRIDGE IS MADE
Within the scope of İlimtepe connection road 1st stage works, a highway crossing bridge with a span of 128,7 meters will be constructed for the connection to Çamlıtepe District. The road starting from Anadolu Döküm Junction will be crossed by a highway crossing bridge over TEM and will be connected to Yunus Emre Street. Street and intersection arrangements will also be made within the scope of the works.
FROM D-100 TO NORTH MARMARA HIGHWAY
The road starting from D-100 Yeni Yalı Mahallesi will pass through Çamlıtepe and Yavuz Sultan Selim Neighborhoods. With the completion of the next stages of the four-lane road that will provide a north-south connection between the D-100 Highway and İlimtepe Houses, it is aimed to ensure the connection of the Sevindikli exit of the Northern Marmara Motorway with the D-100 Highway.
