Kartepe Municipality The first assembly meeting of 2021 was held under the presidency of Kartepe Municipality Mayor Mustafa Kocaman. Ali Karakaş, Faruk Sarman, Yüksel Dilek, Erol Yılmaz and Yakup Kalmuk were elected by closed voting for the Audit Committee Memberships on the agenda of the Assembly.

1/1000 scaled implementation zoning plan change prepared regarding the heights on the implementation zoning plans of the district on the agenda of the council, Çepni Mahallesi implementation zoning plan amendment, and Rahmiye District implementation zoning plan change were unanimously accepted.
Ropeway Project Transferred to Metropolitan City by Vote Union
Among the agendas discussed in the council session, the exchange process, domestic solid waste disposal tariffs, additional time request, and the Municipality of Kartepe Ş.Hikmetiye to be used in the scope of the 'Kartepe Kuzuyayla Nature Park Cable Car Line and Station Project' The articles of transfer to the Metropolitan Municipality were unanimously accepted.
Transfer to Commission
Among the proposals on the agenda of the Assembly; The coronavirus measures were referred to the Plan and Budget Committee, and the implementation development plan change in Sarımeşe and Dumlupınar Neighborhoods was referred to the Development Commission.
Turkish Red Crescent is the Eye of Our Country
While authorizing the Mayor to sign a protocol with the Turkish Red Crescent on the agenda of the Assembly was unanimously accepted, Kartepe Mayor Attorney Mustafa Kocaman said, “The Turkish Red Crescent is the apple of the eye of our country. In order to enable them to work more actively in Kartepe, we will work in cooperation by renting a property ”. While the expert election, temporary worker visa, vacant position title change, full staff degree change on the agenda of the Assembly were accepted unanimously, the determination of contracted personnel wages was transferred to the Plan and Budget Committee.
