With the circular issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs within the scope of the decisions taken to keep the Covid-19 epidemic under control and to minimize the transmission rate of the virus, questions such as how many days the Christmas curfew covers, who are exempted from the ban, were answered. Here are the days, times and other details of the New Year's curfew.

The Ministry of Interior sent an additional circular on the "Coronavirus Outbreak" to 81 Provincial Governorships. In the Circular, it was reminded that cleaning, mask and distance rules, which are the basic principles of the controlled social life period, as well as the rules and measures to be followed for all areas of life, were determined and implemented in line with the recommendations of the Ministry of Health and the Coronavirus Scientific Committee and the instructions of our President.

In the Circular, it was stated that additional decisions were taken as a result of the evaluation of the stage reached in the fight against the coronavirus epidemic in the Presidential Cabinet convened under the chairmanship of our President on December 14, and the additional decisions taken were listed as follows:

Curfew Restriction to be Applied between 31 December 2020 - 4 January 2021

Within the scope of the curfew restrictions applied on weekends, taking into account that Friday, January 1, 2021 is a public holiday, it will start at 31:2020 on Thursday, December 21.00, 1, it will cover the whole of Friday, January 2, Saturday, January 3, Sunday, and January 4, 2021. The curfew will be restricted to be completed at 05.00:XNUMX on Monday.

During the curfews to be applied between 31 December 2020 - 4 January 2021, the procedures and principles determined within the scope of the circular we sent to the provinces on the curfews applied on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays), Friday January 1, Saturday January 2 and Sunday January 3 will also be valid for the days.

Fishing / Fish Counters May Be Open Between 10.00-17.00 on Weekends

Until a new decision is made, during the street restriction applied on weekends, workplaces in the form of fishermen / fish stalls will also be able to serve citizens between 10.00-17.00 on Saturday and Sunday.

Lawyers and notaries were added among the persons and places within the scope of exception, limited to the time and route of the specified duties, in order to prevent the intensity of the upcoming year-end proceedings from adversely affecting the business life, provided that it is limited to the execution of judicial duties such as attorneys / attorneys, hearings, and statements during the period and days in which the curfew is applied. . Intercity travels of lawyers with their private vehicles will also be allowed for the performance of judicial duties.

Until a new decision is made, the implementation of nursery classes will continue. All day-to-day public and private kindergartens will be able to start face-to-face education as of today.

The General Assembly and Events to be Held by the Unions were also Postponed

With the circular previously sent to the provinces, activities including the general assembly of non-governmental organizations, professional organizations and higher organizations, unions and cooperatives that are public institutions were postponed until March 1, 2021. Activities including the general assembly held by the unions were also added to this scope.

In accommodation facilities that do not have a conditioned ventilation system, a UV filter will be installed in mechanical ventilation / air conditioning systems, and regular and frequent maintenance will be provided.

Mobile HEPA filters will be used in the closed general areas of accommodation facilities that do not have ventilation / air conditioning systems, in numbers and power suitable for the cubic meter of the space. Their maintenance will be done regularly and their filters will be changed frequently.

In accordance with Articles 27 and 72 of the General Health Law, these decisions will be taken urgently by the Provincial / District General Health Boards.

No disruption in practice will be allowed and no grievances will be caused. Those who do not comply with the decisions taken will be subject to administrative action in accordance with the relevant articles of the General Hygiene Law. Necessary judicial proceedings will be initiated within the scope of Article 195 of the Turkish Criminal Code regarding criminal acts.
