Milas-Bodrum Airport has received the certificate created by the International Airports Council (ACI World) that determines the pandemic measures.

Operated by TAV Airports, Milas-Bodrum Airport met the relevant criteria and received the “Airport Health Accreditation” created by ACI World for safe travel during the pandemic period.

TAV Milas-Bodrum Operations Coordinator İclal Kayaoğlu said, “Although the governments have been severely affected by the pandemic due to the closing of their borders, aviation is among the sectors that adapt to the new regulations fastest. Following the emergence of the pandemic, we quickly and fully implemented the measures determined by the authorities to protect the health of our employees and passengers at Milas-Bodrum Airport. We received the Airport Pandemic Measures Certification issued by the SHGM and signed the protocol created by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA). We have now joined the program created by ACI. We believe that our passengers will begin to travel safely as the pandemic loses its effect and travel restrictions are lifted ”.

In Turkey, operated by TAV Ankara Esenboga, Izmir Adnan Menderes and was certified by the ACI-Alanya Gazipasa airports. Macedonia Skopje, Tunisia Enfidha and Monastir, Saudi Arabia Medina and Croatia Zagreb airports operated by the company abroad have also completed the accreditation process and received a certificate.
