Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality extended the HES Code Period in Public Transport, which was previously announced as November 20 as a result of the increasing number of cases, to December 5 in order to avoid unjust treatment.

Citizens who do not perform the matching process will not be able to benefit from public transport until they are paired after December 5.
Support points will not be available as of November 20 for citizens who cannot match over the Internet, and support can be obtained during working hours for matching via the ALO 23 Call Center as of November 153.
