Within the scope of the new coronavirus measures, the EGO General Directorate made a new arrangement in the bus and rail systems in parallel with the change in working hours in Organized Industrial Zones, Small Industrial Sites and Industrial Organizations.
EGO General Directorate took action after the working hours of Organized Industrial Zones, Small Industrial Sites and Industrial Establishments were determined as 07.00-16.00 by the decision of the Ankara Provincial General Hygiene Board.
Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mansur Yavaş announced on his social media accounts that EGO buses and rail systems will also make arrangements on departure times as of November 16.
ADDITIONAL TRIPS WERE SPECIFIED, TRIP HOURS TAKEN EARLY
Stating that they make simultaneous changes in the departure times in order to facilitate the transportation of employees in Organized Industrial Zones and Small Industrial Sites, Mayor Yavaş said, “With the decision of the Provincial General Hygiene Board, the working hours of the OIZ, Small Industrial Sites and Industrial Establishments were arranged. "We have increased the number of trips of our EGO buses and arranged our departure times so that you can reach your workplaces easily."
According to the regulation made for citizens not to be victims when going to workplaces;
- 05.00 leading services from the districts to Ulus-Sıhhiye-Kızılay direction, which is located in the city center, between 06.00-31,
- As of 06.00, additional services were placed on 22 lines, which serve in the districts where Organized Industrial Zones and Industrial Sites are concentrated, along with the existing service hours.
