Mayor of Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality Dr. Memduh Büyükkılıç gathered the managers of public institutions and tourism investors related to Erciyes, one of the most important gates of Kayseri to the world, in Erciyes, evaluating the preparations for the new season and warning land areas for investment.
Mayor Büyükkılıç called on investors who do not utilize the lands they bought for tourism investments to start their investments as soon as possible, saying, “We cannot ignore the legal dimensions. It is up to us to use that legal initiative, ”he said.
Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality Mayor, who wants to increase the potential of Erciyes, one of Kayseri's most important brand values, and to make it an attraction center that can be used for 12 months. Memduh Büyükkılıç met with the relevant managers, hotel operators and tourism investors and evaluated the preparations for the new season in Erciyes.
Besides Mayor Büyükkılıç, Provincial Director of Culture and Tourism Dr. Şükrü Dursun, Deputy Secretary General of the Metropolitan Municipality Hamdi Elcuman, Erciyes A.Ş. Chairman of the Board of Directors Murat Cahid Cıngı, hotel operators and tourism investors throughout the province attended.
At the opening of the meeting, Mayor Büyükkılıç stated that Erciyes has a special importance as it does Kayseri, and that it is everyone's duty to own this value of the city.
Stating that Erciyes has become a world-class ski resort with the works of the Metropolitan Municipality and that this is accepted by the whole world, Mayor Büyükkılıç said that they are not content with just skiing, but to make Erciyes an attraction center that can be used for 12 months. Our aim is to eat grapes, to serve this city, to serve our country, and to make our contribution to reach those figures targeted by our President, God willing. This will happen over time, but I hope we will not give an opportunity to any behavior and understanding that will discourage your enthusiasm within the logic of taking shelter for a reason, ”he said.
