With the SiberAy project implemented by the General Directorate of Security, it will be ensured that people in the society use the internet and technology in a convenient and safe manner.

The SiberAy program was implemented by the General Directorate of Security (EGM) to combat harmful habits such as internet and technology addiction and to inform citizens.

Activities, contents, workshops, online and offline conferences will be held and products will be developed to ensure that people in the society use the internet and technology in a safe, useful and effective manner with the program carried out by the EGM Department of Combating Cyber ​​Crimes.

In this way, it is aimed to contribute to the raising of generations that are committed to customs and national culture. With Siberay, it is aimed to raise awareness in the society with scientific studies on safe internet, technology addiction and cyber awareness, especially in the increasing use of the internet during the epidemic process.

In this context, a 2-day Siberay Training Program was held in Ankara with the participation of provincial cyber units and related public institutions and organizations under the coordination of the TNP Department of Combating Cyber ​​Crimes.

Banners were prepared that explained mobile phone addiction, technology addiction in children, how safe internet can be possible, and how important time management and protection of personal data are in the cyber world.

On the other hand, the program www.siberay.com The website included a parent's guide on how to protect their children from the dangers and harmful content of various games and software in the digital world.

There are also documents on the site where the symptoms of technology addiction are explained, what cyberbullying is and how to fight it, and various information about the correct use of social media.
