Antalya Metropolitan Municipality continues its cleaning and disinfection processes in public transportation vehicles, within the scope of corona virus measures. Approximately 550 vehicles serving in public transportation are disinfected.
Public vehicles providing urban transportation services in Antalya are disinfected every day by the Metropolitan Municipality teams. Metropolitan Municipality Transportation Planning and Rail System Department regularly cleans buses and trams that provide public transportation services in Antalya and disinfects them against bacteria and viruses. In the detailed work carried out with the cold ULV (Fine Spray) machine, every point is cleaned, including the interior, exterior, windows, driver's cabin, handles, passenger seat handles, floors, ceiling, outer ceiling and bottom corner.
UNINTERRUPTED FROM 10 MARCH
Cleaning and disinfection work in public transportation vehicles, which serve thousands of citizens every day, has been carried out continuously since March 10, when the epidemic started to appear in our country. The buses, which provide transportation services to many points including the city and the plateaus, are disinfected every day before and after the expedition and made ready for the journey in a sterile manner.
