Minister Karaismailoğlu, who made observations on Çamlıca Hill, received information from the authorities. Karaismailoğlu stated that 28 giant antennas on Çamlıca Hill were removed, and emphasized that the works in Çamlıca TV and Radio Tower are about to be completed and only fine works remain.
Stating that Çamlıca Hill was full of metal piles before, Minister Karaismailoğlu said in his statements to journalists, “We started an activity here about 15 days ago regarding the dismantling of the antennas, it is considered that we cleaned this place. TRT's tower remained the last, and its demolition work started. There were 28 huge antennas here. All of these have been removed. TRT's tower remained, and it will be removed soon. After moving quickly and removing it from there, Çamlıca Hill will have attained its true identity. We have also completed the Çamlıca TV and Radio Tower. For the first time in the world, we manufactured a tower with 100 radios broadcasting at the same time and offered it to the service of Istanbul residents.
The works in Çamlıca TV and Radio Tower are about to be completed, only fine works remained. Radios moved and started their activities. Together with our President, we will open it and bring it into the service of Istanbulites. ''
Stating that they are working to bring the same service to every point of the country, Karaismailoğlu stated that they are doing whatever is done in Istanbul in Hakkari and that they will continue their work in the same way and speed.
