Ordu's 'Guest Room' Increased Interest in Çambaşı Plateau

Ordu Metropolitan Mayor Dr. The attraction of Çambaşı Plateau, one of the most important touristic areas of Ordu, which was defined as “guest room” by Mehmet Hilmi Güler, was increased.

The facade improvement work applied in 62 buildings in the center of the plateau not only changed the face of the plateau, but also increased the interest in the plateau. Highland tradesmen and citizens, who pointed out that the work done provides dynamism in tourism, President Dr. Mehmet Hilmi thanked Güler and his team.

We continue our claim in tourism. For this reason, we changed the face of our Çambaşı Plateau, which is one of the first places tourists want to visit when they come to Ordu. Our tradesmen and citizens who went to visit are very satisfied with the work done. We closed the vehicle entrance in the highland center, which has a more orderly appearance. Thus, our visitors can easily travel and shop. We will endeavor to bring out the beauty of our city and contribute to its promotion ”.

Within the scope of the project, which was brought to life with the cooperation of Ordu Metropolitan Municipality and DOKA (Eastern Black Sea Development Agency), a work was carried out in accordance with the local identity of the plateau. Expressing their satisfaction with the work done, the citizens said, “The new image that emerges pleases us all. Incoming tourists also like it. People were having difficulty moving and shopping comfortably in the plateau center, as it was open to vehicle entrance in the past. With the work done, the incoming and outgoing has also increased.
