Antalya Boulevard's Bus Station Junction Will Be Closed To Traffic For 7 Months

Within the scope of Antalya Metropolitan Municipality 3rd Stage Rail System Project, the western axis of the part of Antalya Boulevard between the Bus Station Junction and the Anatolian Junction will be closed to traffic for 1 months as of Friday, September 3, due to the 18st and 7rd stage rail system line connection works.

The 3rd Stage Light Rail System Project of Antalya Metropolitan Municipality continues at full speed. In this context, a tunnel connection that will connect Antalya 1st and 3rd Stage Rail System Lines will be made at the Bus Station Junction. Due to the tunnel work, the western axis of the part of Antalya Boulevard between the Otogar Junction (Terminal bus entrance) and the Anatolian Junction and the western axis of the Anatolian Junction (southbound branch) will be closed to traffic for 18 months as of Friday, September 2020, 7.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTE

During the studies, the vehicles going to Konyaaltı and Akdeniz University direction (south) from Antalya and Sakarya Boulevards will need to use 3072 Street and Adnan Selekler Street, respectively, from the Bus Station Junction (Terminal bus entrance). The officials stated that the closures will start from the west of Anadolu Junction, and that the works will proceed in stages. The officials stated that information will be provided at all stages of the project in order to prevent the citizens from being victimized and to ensure the continuity of the traffic flow, and warned the citizens to consider the direction signs.
