İmamoğlu Who Examined in Haramidere: 'We Have the Solution'

IMM President Ekrem İmamoğlumade investigations on Haramidere in Esenyurt under heavy rain. INSPECTION UNDER THE RAIN

İmamoğlu, who made his evaluation about the trip on the bridge over Haramidere, which came to the agenda with the flood disaster on 23 June 2020, said: “We are visiting both infrastructure and superstructure construction sites at various points in our Esenyurt district with our Mayor. We are at one of the most critical points. Because we all know the trauma experienced in the flood here. One of our guests of a different nationality also died. İSKİ is working hard to prevent this from happening. I hope both the new lines and the expansion of the streambed will solve the problem here permanently. But unfortunately the solution doesn't stop there; there is a continuation. Side roads, branches… We know that there are many infrastructural negligence in Esenyurt. We will continue our investments here in order to overcome all these. We are talking about priority areas with our municipality. As in every municipality, we are in an effort to produce coordinated work together with our Esenyurt Municipality. Unfortunately, we have the obligation to take rapid investments and rapid measures in many issues, especially in infrastructure, in our district of Esenyurt, where Istanbul is the most immigrant district, has the densest population and continues to increase in the same way. This is, unfortunately, years of neglect; on the concept of creating zoning densities and not maturing the infrastructure for this. But these years of neglect, the right works that have been done / not done for years, the missing works have come to this day. But now we have the solution. We will work.
