In the coordination of Gaziantep Governorship, Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Fatma Şahin and Deputy Minister of Health Dr. Şuayip Birinci has implemented the "HEPP (Hayat Eve Sığar) Code Application" protocol in the city. In this context, the health status of 600 thousand people using Gaziantep Card will be checked, positive or contact persons will be followed and they will be prevented from using public transportation in the city. In addition, the scope of the protocol was expanded in a short time; It will also be applied in the entrance and exit of public institutions.

Making a statement on the subject, Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Fatma Şahin said, “In order for the city to be smart, we need to solve the encountered problems with technological infrastructure.
