Imamoglu, who opened the first Regional Employment Office in Küçükçekmece in June 2019 as soon as he took office, opened offices in Şişli and Kartal in February, Sancaktepe in July, and Büyükçekmece in August. The openings in Bağcılar and Ümraniye, which will increase the number of Regional Employment Offices in Istanbul to seven, will also be held on September 30 with a ceremony attended by İmamoğlu.

With this project initiated by IMM, it is aimed to provide employment for 5 thousand citizens in 200 years. By 2020, Istanbul will have a total of 12 Regional Employment Offices. 7 of them are in Küçükçekmece, Şişli, Büyükçekmece, Bayrampaşa, Zeytinburnu and Bağcılar, Sultangazi districts on the European Side; 5 of them will serve in Anatolian Side districts Kartal, Üsküdar, Ümraniye, Tuzla and Sancaktepe.
