The statement made by Konya Metropolitan Municipality is as follows; “As of Monday, September 28, maintenance work will be carried out at the last stop of the Selcuk University Tram Line, the Bicycle Tram will run between Alaaddin-Otogar stations. Other trams will continue to operate normally between Alaaddin - Campus.
After the maintenance work foreseen to last 20 days, the Bicycle Tram will continue to travel between Alaaddin - Campus normally. "

Konya Metropolitan Municipality transformed one of the veteran trams that served the citizens of Konya in urban transportation from 1992 to 2015 into a bicycle tram. The first and only bike in the world in Turkey tram no example in this way. While in some countries the trams that passengers travel can be ridden by bicycle, the bicycle tram, which is offered exclusively to bicycle users, makes Konya different from the others in this respect.
