In order to draw attention to the rights of pedestrians and cyclists on the last day of the European Mobility Week, the EGO General Directorate also organized a "City Without Cars Day" event on Bahçelievler Aşkabat Caddesi (7th Street).
Akşabat Street was closed to vehicle traffic between 14.00-16.00 in line with the permission obtained from the Governorship of Ankara, while the people of Başkent both used bicycles and walked on the street.
