Deputy Minister of Health and Chairman of the Turkic Council Health Science Board Prof. Dr. At the meeting chaired by Emine Alp Meşe, updated information on the Kovid-19 pandemic was exchanged.

Representatives from Azerbaijan, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan were present at the meeting.

Deputy Minister Oak, meeting, Kovid-19 with the struggle within Turkey's Turkish Council member countries and cooperation conducted with the assistance made to inform about their activities. Ministry of Health Scientific Committee Member Prof. Dr. Hakan Türkçapar made a presentation on "Management of Individual and Community Psychology in Combating the Kovid-19 Outbreak".

During the meeting where the creation of a common database among the Turkic Council member countries, current vaccination studies and developments in this subject were discussed, the issues of creating online training programs for the health personnel of the member countries were also brought to the agenda.

At the meeting, evaluations were also made about the "Vaccine Workshop" to be held in Izmir Urla on 23-28 August with the participation of two scientists from each member country.

The Turkic Council Leaders' Summit was held on 10 April 2020 and in line with the decisions taken at the summit, a consensus was reached on the organization of the Turkic Council Health Ministers Meeting, and as a result of the decisions taken within the framework of the meeting, the Turkic Council Health Science Board was established with the participation of the Turkic Council members and observer countries representatives.
